Day one of home office training
The NEW IAB Website
The home office training Associates were treated to a sneak peek of the NEW IAB website. With a Q&A with our programmers, our associates received a page by page tour of the future IAB website.
Monday News Conference
Usually, as listeners on the Monday News Conference Call, our Associates do not get to see what goes on behind the scenes. So, our visiting Associates all got to be guest speakers and experience just how the Monday News Conference operates every week.
Customer Service Support & IAB Benefits Training
Associates were given an in-depth look at IAB Member Services, including the intensive training an IAB Member Services representative must undergo. Associates were also given new knowledge about how to use the IAB medical savings benefits. They learned medical terminology, how to process a claim correctly and the process of filing a claim. Dinner at the renowned Gloria’s ended the night.

Day two of home office training
Lifestyle Benefits & Associate Recruiting Training
A quick overview of IAB’s lifestyle benefits helped Associates better understand how IAB can also help Members save on their everyday lifestyle expenses. Associates were happy to learn about the New Associate Email Training System. This seven-day email system consists of three emails. The system’s purpose is to communicate with new Associates, keep the momentum going, and teach new Associates what to do immediately after becoming an IAB Associate. Associates were also introduced to and trained with the much-anticipated IAB Jumpstart Guide.
I would like to thank the Associates who participated in our Home Office Training. Congratulations on completing your training and receiving your certificates of completion. I know the knowledge and skills you developed here will translate into even greater success for you and your organization!
